Engineering Consultant

Tom Dubose

Tom Dubose is an Engineering Consultant with expertise in Single and Multi-family development as well as over 14 years of experience as a construction superintendent and field supervisor. Mr. Dubose has managed over ten million dollars of construction, including federally funded projects. He has served as President of Development Design & Engineering, Inc., in El Centro, CA for the past ten years. Prior, he was a Manager with Lyon Engineers, Inc. Mr. Dubose has a diverse background in community service and has served as Chairman to the Air Pollution Control Board of Appeals, President of Regional Economic Development, Inc., and Vice-Chairman of the Brawley Planning Commission. He is a graduate of Imperial Valley College and the University of California San Diego and holds professional certifications in Real Estate Development and Construction Management.

Architect

Twen Ma

Twen Ma is an Architect with thirty years of experience planning and designing spaces for public, commercial, multi-family and single family use. For eight years, Mr. Ma worked as a project architect for Gensler and Associates as well as London and Wilson Architects working on notable projects such as the Hughes Aircraft Building, Beverly Hills Federal Savings headquarters, 3333 Wilshire Tower, 3699 Wilshire Tower, 1000 Wilshire/Bixel Tower, and the Claremont College Computer Center Building. He also spent several years as a project architect for the Taiwanese Army and the China Engineering Consultant Group in Taipei. Mr. Ma is a licensed California State architect. He holds Masters Degree from UCLA in Architecture and Urban Planning and a B.S. in Architecture from National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan.
