3.Pacificland International Development Inc. (PID) has been awarded 2.5 million grant from Federal Government, and Imperial County is in charge of the construction project. 4.PID has been awarded $2.5 million grant from Federal Government on Oct. 14 2009. Imperial Valley Press released the News on the front page. Please see the attachment A.

5.PID has received the $2.5 million check of grant. James Lo, CEO of PID, accepted the $2.5 million check from Imperial County Supervisors and Imperial County CEO during the ceremony. Please see the attachment B.

6.The County approved Imperial Center project on Apr 11, 2007. The property of the project is owned by PID. Please see the attachment C for the approva letter & D about the news from local press.

7.PID needs to start building the Imperial Center after the receiving a $2.5 million grant to create jobs. Please see the attachment E & F.

10. Imperial Regional Center project does not require investors to hire 10 full time employees in order to remove conditions for permanent green cards.
